Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Ashaan Enterprises, customer satisfaction across all our business divisions—including our fashion boutiques (New Jamai Raja & Poshaak) and our distribution channels—is our highest priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders can be canceled, and products returned or refunded.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled under the following terms:

• Standard Retail Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Custom / Made-to-Order Items (Fashion Boutique): Once customization work, stitching, or tailored measurements have commenced, cancellations cannot be processed.
• Pharmaceutical Distribution: Cancellation terms for distribution shipments are governed strictly by individual B2B supply agreements.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

For physical products purchased from our retail operations, returns or exchanges are accepted under these conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must accompany the return request.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed under the following timeline:

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-designed or customized ethnic garments.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked as "final sale".
• Pharmaceutical/hygiene products once the seal or packaging is broken.
